Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service to clients regarding their insurance policies, including auto, home, and other property and casualty products.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and office visits, addressing policy questions, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Assist policyholders in making policy changes, handling renewals, processing payments, and updating account information as requested.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products and services that meet customer needs.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client personal and financial information in accordance with company policy and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in an insurance office or similar setting.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insurance products in a clear and professional manner.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with office software, email, and agency management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
