QA Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our dynamic remote team on a full-time basis. As a QA Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functionality and quality of our digital products across multiple platforms. This position is a critical link between our development teams and end users, responsible for identifying issues, gathering user feedback, and helping to deliver outstanding user experiences across both mobile and web applications. The QA Tester will have the opportunity to work remotely, contributing to the continuous improvement and reliability of our digital solutions.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing across both mobile and web platforms, adhering to structured testing scenarios and protocols.
- Document and report software bugs, glitches, and areas of concern in user experience, ensuring that all findings are clearly and systematically recorded.
- Collaborate closely with development teams by providing actionable feedback, communicating issues effectively, and participating in troubleshooting and resolution discussions.
- Verify that new and existing software features perform as intended across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining high standards for compatibility and functionality.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive written reports detailing findings, test results, and recommendations on a daily or weekly basis, as required by the project scope.
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to meticulously follow instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools, as well as a solid understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Dependable internet connection and access to devices such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
