- Carefully document any bugs, glitches, or user experience issues you encounter, providing clear and actionable reports for development teams.
- Collaborate effectively with software developers and other stakeholders to communicate findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Verify that software features perform as intended across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, supporting comprehensive cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations for enhancements or fixes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured test instructions.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and digital communication platforms.
- Knowledge of app ecosystems and general web/mobile usability principles.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
