This full-time position is integral to ensuring the quality and usability of our digital products, including both mobile applications and web platforms. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing processes that help us deliver seamless and reliable experiences to users nationwide. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing across a variety of mobile and web platforms to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and areas of concern with clear, concise communication.
- Work closely with development teams to relay issues and provide actionable feedback, facilitating continuous improvement of our products.
- Verify that all software features perform consistently across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes to uphold a high standard of cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on testing outcomes, including findings and recommendations, on a daily or weekly basis as required.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions.
- Experience with remote working environments and comfort using digital collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems, and a basic understanding of user experience principles.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to modern desktop, laptop, or mobile devices for testing purposes.
