QA Tester Job OverviewWe are actively seeking a meticulous and motivated QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the usability and functionality of both mobile applications and web platforms. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences and who possess a keen eye for details, enabling improvements across our digital products.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing on a variety of digital platforms, including mobile apps and websites, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues clearly and precisely, enabling the development team to address concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including software developers and designers, to communicate findings and facilitate rapid issue resolution.
- Verify that all software features perform as intended across different devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining consistency and accessibility for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports summarizing testing results, identified issues, and recommendations on a daily or weekly basis, depending on project needs.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong ability to follow structured testing procedures and instructions.
- Experience with remote working tools, such as collaboration platforms and bug tracking systems, as well as familiarity with common app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary devices, such as a desktop computer, laptop, or smartphone, to perform remote testing tasks.
