QA Tester Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team as a full-time QA Tester. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our digital products, including websites and mobile applications, meet the highest standards of functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability tests on both web and mobile platforms to evaluate functionality, compatibility, and overall user experience.
- Identify, document, and report issues such as bugs, glitches, and user interface inconsistencies in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams, providing feedback and detailed reports to help address and resolve identified issues.
- Verify that all software features function correctly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent performance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports—daily or weekly—summarizing findings, test outcomes, and actionable recommendations for product improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to execute structured test cases and follow documented procedures.
- Familiarity with remote work environments, including proficiency with collaboration tools and digital communication platforms.
- Previous experience in software quality assurance, user testing, or a closely related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and at least one compatible device such as a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device.
