UX Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote quality assurance team as a UX Tester. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios across a wide range of devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, providing clear and actionable feedback for development teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to communicate findings, discuss user experience pain points, and support ongoing improvements.
- Evaluate and ensure consistent user experience across various browsers, operating systems, and screen sizes, identifying discrepancies and recommending solutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes, observations, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing protocols and documentation standards.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and platforms, demonstrating comfort and efficiency in a distributed work environment.
- Familiarity with multi-device testing, including the capacity to identify device-specific user experience differences.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user experience testing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to at least one testing device, such as a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
