Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester to join our remote team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and usability of our digital platforms by performing thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing. Your work will help us deliver seamless user experiences for our applications and websites, directly impacting the satisfaction of users nationwide. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality tests across a variety of browsers and devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear and concise descriptions.
- Work closely with software developers and other QA team members to communicate issues and provide actionable feedback for resolution.
- Verify that all features and functions of the software operate consistently and accurately across different operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress, either on a daily or weekly basis as required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and scenarios.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with various app ecosystems.
- Experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
