Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless performance across multiple browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear and organized manner to facilitate efficient resolution by the development team.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to communicate findings, provide feedback, and clarify requirements for issue resolution.
- Verify that software features operate correctly on different screen sizes, operating systems, and device types to maintain high standards of compatibility and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, observed trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools, and a strong understanding of web and mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, or user experience testing is preferred, but candidates with related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
