CRM Administrator - Summary
- Responsible for the administration, enhancement, and optimization of CRM systems including Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Coordinates and executes medium-sized projects, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Collaborates with internal teams to design and implement CRM strategies tailored to organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in CRM administration, with hands-on expertise in Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics.
