This Cosmetic Surgeon (MD) role is essential for delivering high-quality cosmetic surgical care in a solo practitioner environment. The position offers the flexibility to work independently, handling a variety of surgical cases and utilizing the Nextech EMR system for patient documentation and procedural tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cosmetic surgical procedures in an outpatient setting, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Work independently in a solo MD or CRNA environment, demonstrating proficiency and confidence in managing cases without direct supervision.
- Utilize the Nextech electronic medical record (EMR) system effectively for accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatments, and surgical outcomes.
- Participate in a consistent weekly schedule, with shifts available from Tuesday through Friday and options for 8- or 10-hour workdays.
- Complete all credentialing requirements efficiently, with the potential for the process to be completed within one or two weeks.
- Collaborate with the surgical center staff to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and team members.
Qualifications
- Board certification in an appropriate surgical specialty relevant to cosmetic surgery.
- Active Georgia medical license required for practice.
- Demonstrated prior experience performing cosmetic surgical procedures independently in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions in a solo coverage model.
