Corticon Developer - Summary
- Design and implement business rules using Progress Corticon to deliver automated decision solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business rules and logic using Progress Corticon, including rule flows, rule sheets, vocabulary, and rule assets.
- Implement updates to rulesets in response to evolving requirements, policy changes, and functional specifications.
- Optimize rule performance, structure, and reusability in accordance with industry best practices.
- Perform validation, testing, and conflict resolution analysis using Corticon Rule Analyzer and test suites to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Integrate Corticon decision services with .NET APIs, web services, and existing application components for seamless business process automation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into effective automated rules.
- Document rule logic, test results, and integration workflows to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Progress Corticon, including rule modeling, vocabulary design, rule flows, and service containers.
- Strong proficiency with .NET/C#, including experience building and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with data formats such as JSON and XML, and experience with XSD and integration patterns.
- Experience working with relational databases, such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
