Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple custom home construction projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers throughout the construction process, addressing concerns and providing updates.
- Act as the on-site representative for the company, maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design and client preferences.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, adapting plans as needed to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house construction staff, fostering collaboration and accountability on job sites.
- Solicit bids from subcontractors, evaluate proposals, and award subcontracts based on project needs and budget constraints.
- Monitor daily project operations to maintain an organized, safe, and clean construction site at all times.
- Assist with bid package preparation, cost estimating, and management of long-lead items to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local building codes, and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in residential construction, with a strong preference for those with custom home building backgrounds.
