Construction Superintendent Position OverviewOur client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team on a full-time basis in Las Vegas, NV. Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate all on-site activities for major commercial construction projects, maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency throughout each phase of the build.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring work is conducted in accordance with project schedules and that all safety standards are strictly followed.
- Oversee project sequencing and logistics, proactively resolving challenges while upholding the organization’s reputation for excellence in construction.
- Maintain clear communication with project management, clients, and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Utilize construction management software, including Procore, to track progress, document changes, and report on project status.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, mentoring team members and supporting opportunities for career advancement within the organization’s expanding Nevada portfolio.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial construction supervision, with a strong background in managing large-scale public works projects.
- Proven expertise in subcontractor coordination, construction sequencing, and problem-solving in complex building environments.
- Direct experience with public works and state-funded projects, particularly in the Las Vegas, NV area.
- Working knowledge of Procore construction management software is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a closely related field, or equivalent industry experience.
