Construction Recruiter - Summary
The Construction Recruiter is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of construction roles, focusing on residential and affordable housing projects. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, leverage a variety of sourcing channels, and provide a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal company policies. This role is critical to the ongoing success of the company’s construction teams and organizational growth in Nashville, TN.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for construction positions, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to the needs of construction leadership and project requirements.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and participation in industry events.
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups for both job site and virtual meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations as well as company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to promote a positive hiring experience.
- Stay informed of construction labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

- Demonstrated experience recruiting for construction roles, with a solid understanding of industry-specific needs and trends.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple roles and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
