Confirm pricing and availability with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering solutions and implement cost-saving strategies that align with project goals.
• Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Solicit and evaluate competitive bids from subcontractors and vendors across various construction trades. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable and reliable partnerships, while maintaining efficient communication and procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning: Identify potential project risks and uncertainties that could impact costs, schedules, or performance. Develop contingency plans and budget allowances to address unforeseen circumstances, collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure proactive risk management.
• Bid Presentation and Client Communication: Present cost estimates and proposals to clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements
