Key Responsibilities- Identify, contact, and establish relationships with prospective commercial clients who could benefit from professional risk management and insurance solutions.
- Drive new business growth by networking, attending relevant industry events, and conducting outreach to companies within the target market.
- Assess client needs and provide expert guidance on risk management strategies tailored to their unique business operations.
- Customize insurance programs to address a variety of risks, ensuring comprehensive coverage that aligns with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with agency staff, who will handle all policy marketing and administrative paperwork, allowing you to focus on sales and client development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements to deliver the highest level of service.

- Minimum of two years of sales experience, ideally within the insurance sector or a related field.

- Demonstrated self-motivation, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Current Property and Casualty Insurance License required, or willingness to obtain licensure within the first 30 days of employment.
