Key Responsibilities- Develop accurate and concise reports to evaluate the success of business initiatives, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights.
- Create statistical tools and models to perform in-depth analysis, enhancing the decision-making process across various business units.
- Gather and utilize internal and retail data, integrating multiple data sources for comprehensive business analysis.
- Conduct retail analysis to support advertising strategies and optimize program spending, with a focus on digital entertainment and subscription-based models.
- Manage and distribute data reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and reliable access to key metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of digital account providers and the digital music or entertainment business landscape.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and presentation.
- Experience with relational database reporting tools, including SQL and Google Big Query, to extract and analyze data efficiently.
- Familiarity with Python, APIs, and data scraping technologies is a plus and can enhance analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions to drive business improvements.
- Eagerness to learn and understand evolving business models, particularly those transforming digital and subscription-based media.
