Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, proposals, and related construction documents to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare estimates for both self-performed and subcontracted work.
- Prepare and submit schematic estimates to support project planning and budgeting efforts.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers to maintain cost control and ensure quality standards.
- Oversee the management of subcontractors, suppliers, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze alternative construction methods and solutions to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and process owner and subcontractor billings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage all project submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs) to maintain clear communication channels.
- Resolve project discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in planning, designing, communicating, coordinating, and resolving conflicts to achieve project objectives.
- Proven ability to oversee project scope, including preparation and presentation of cost proposals, subcontracting, submittal and schedule management, budgeting, and job cost reporting.
- Experience reviewing and approving construction designs, bid documents, pay applications, and change orders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate teams and deliver information effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards and a good driving record for potential travel requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook), Sage 100, Procore, Bluebeam, and strong math skills.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant construction management experience is preferred, though equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
