CNC Operator - Summary
- Operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to produce precision components for the oil and gas industry.
- Oversee daily machine operations, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
- Utilize measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers for precision checks.
- Perform quality assurance inspections on both machinery and finished products.

- Set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain precise tolerances.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform preventative maintenance checks.
- Measure finished components using calipers and micrometers to verify specifications.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records for quality tracking.
- Follow established safety guidelines and report any equipment or safety issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC machines, specifically CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Experience with Okuma controls or twin spindle/twin turret machines is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
