As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in the production process by operating and maintaining CNC mill machines to manufacture high-quality parts according to detailed blueprints and instructions. CNC Machinist - Summary
- Operate CNC mill machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and instructions.
- Inspect machined components to ensure they meet exact specifications and tolerances.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mill machines following precise blueprints and instructions.
- Obtain and set up correct tooling for each job, ensuring optimal machine performance.
- Interpret CNC programs and determine appropriate set-up and alignment requirements.
- Check finished parts for quality and accuracy, using measuring instruments as needed.
- Visualize, study, and interpret detailed blueprints to plan machining operations.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work area and equipment.
- Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor, maintaining flexibility to take on new duties.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC machines.
- At least 5 years of experience operating manual machines.
- Experience with Fanuc CNC controls preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow complex instructions accurately.
- Previous experience with Kuraki mill machines is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, bending, standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing regularly.
- Must possess own tools for daily tasks.
