- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications
- Load materials and select appropriate tooling for each job
- Read, interpret, and execute work based on blueprints and technical drawings
- Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime
