CNC Machine Operator - Summary
- Operate manual and CNC machinery to support the production of slides and barrels in a firearm manufacturing setting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Produce slides and barrels following standard operating procedures and manufacturing instructions to meet quality and production goals.
- Utilize hand-tools such as files and de-burring tools to ensure finished parts meet exact specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections, including visual checks for surface defects and damage, and use measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges.
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and CNC machines, including metal cutting equipment like milling machines, lathes, and saws.
- Promptly report any production errors to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Area Technical Lead.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Follow all inspection protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and resolve any issues efficiently.
