Clinical Research Nurse Manager RN – Summary- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical research professionals in a high-impact oncology research program.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with principal investigators, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support and advance clinical trials.

- Supervise and mentor clinical research staff, promoting professional development and high-quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and state regulations for all clinical research activities.
- Support principal investigators and clinical teams throughout all phases of active research studies.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required.
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required.
- BLS Certification required.
- At least 7 years of experience in clinical trial operations required.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within clinical research required (academic or complex research environment preferred).
- Strong background in oncology research highly preferred.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Deep understanding of clinical research operations, especially in oncology.
- Proven track record of regulatory compliance and protocol optimization.
