Clinical Applications Analyst - Summary
- Serve as a key resource for clinical software implementation, support, and system configuration, with a focus on WellSky Rehab and related rehabilitation applications.
- Deliver comprehensive support for end users, including user account management, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Contribute to process improvement by documenting workflows, procedures, and system functionalities.
- Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing education to maximize adoption and effective use of clinical applications.
- Work as part of a collaborative IT and clinical team, ensuring application systems are fully tested and optimized before deployment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for clinical applications, with primary focus on WellSky Rehab software.
- Manage user accounts, configure basic system settings, and respond to user inquiries efficiently.
- Participate in the implementation and upgrade of application systems, ensuring all features are fully tested prior to production release.
- Document and describe complex processes and procedures related to current and future system environments.
- Train and educate users on application functionality, supporting both initial onboarding and ongoing development.
- Mentor staff in system analysis, design, specification development, documentation, and user training best practices.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and security protocols.
- Support the testing and documentation of system changes and enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience supporting clinical applications or Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Preferred background in rehabilitation business processes or experience with rehabilitation-specific applications.
- Strong understanding of clinical and rehabilitation workflows and related applications.
- Ability to support system testing, configuration, and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in delivering user training and support.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- No SQL query or interface support responsibilities required for this role.
