Client Service Associate - Summary
- Support financial advisors by managing daily administrative and client service functions
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Maintain up-to-date client records and assist with process improvement initiatives within the service team
- Participate in a collaborative, client-focused work environment dedicated to service excellence
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt resolutions via phone and email
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments, managing logistics to ensure all meetings are seamlessly organized
- Process client requests, including transactions and documentation, in compliance with firm policies and industry standards
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
- Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve account issues, transfers, and service requests
- Support financial advisors by preparing and reviewing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Provide notary services for client transactions as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across all internal systems
- Participate in process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall client service experience
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $60,000–$68,000 per year

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role within financial services or a related industry
- BS/BA degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Experience using CRM systems and basic financial software; experience with custodial platforms is a plus
- Working knowledge of financial services industry practices, including account transactions and client service processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive client records and documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
