Client Service Associate - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and service requests promptly via phone and email
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring logistics are efficiently managed
- Process client transactions and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in onboarding new clients, guaranteeing a smooth and welcoming experience
- Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve account issues, transfers, and service requests
- Support advisors by managing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Provide notary services for client-related transactions as needed
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records across internal systems

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role within financial services or a related industry
- BS/BA degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Experience with CRM systems and basic financial software; familiarity with custodial platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of financial industry practices, especially in processing account transactions and addressing client inquiries
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
