Civil Engineer, Project Manager (PE Preferred) – Summary- End-to-end management of civil engineering and land development projects

- Lead total project management across site development, transportation, utilities, and stormwater projects
- Oversee all project phases, including conceptual design, permitting, construction administration, and project close-out
- Coordinate and manage internal project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to achieve on-time, on-budget results
- Maintain direct communication with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive business development efforts, including proposal writing and client acquisition activities
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives, operational improvements, and team development
