Civil Engineer, PE - Summary- Design, plan, and manage site civil engineering projects from conception through completion
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to produce construction plans, reports, and studies
- Lead project teams and interface with clients, consultants, and government agencies
- Utilize industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and H&H tools
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permitting requirements
- Produce detailed engineering and construction documents for site development projects
- Oversee daily project operations, deliverables, and timelines
- Guide and mentor CAD Designers and junior engineers to achieve project goals
- Conduct detailed civil engineering design with a focus on accuracy and code compliance
- Manage project scopes, budgets, client communications, and scheduling
- Coordinate with consultants for specialized design tasks outside the organization’s expertise
- Review and interpret environmental, geotechnical, traffic, and other technical reports for project integration
- Attend and participate in client and consultant meetings to assess needs and present solutions
- Handle construction administration, including submittal reviews, RFI responses, site visits, and field troubleshooting
- Enforce rigorous QA/QC protocols throughout all project phases
- Engage in business development activities to support company growth
- Perform additional engineering duties as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in site development civil engineering
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) applications
- Experience working with local government agencies and understanding permitting processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective project coordination
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a commitment to technical accuracy
- Strong leadership and team management skills
