CDL Truck Driver - SummaryThe CDL Truck Driver is tasked with the transportation and delivery of linens and laundry items to client facilities along predetermined routes. This position requires strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and all relevant industry and governmental regulations. As a representative of Core Linen Services, the CDL Truck Driver ensures timely and accurate deliveries, maintains vehicle cleanliness, and upholds the company’s reputation for reliability and quality service.
Duties & Responsibilities- Safely operate company-owned vehicles to deliver linen and laundry items to customer sites on established routes.
- Load and unload linen carts, ensuring each cart is appropriately tagged and handled with care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate delivery logs in accordance with company procedures.
- Adhere to all company and regulatory safety guidelines, including those for handling soiled linens and hazardous materials.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles and delivery equipment.
- Perform all deliveries in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, fostering positive client relationships.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors, supporting team operations as needed.

- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 650 pounds.
- Familiarity with transportation logs and delivery documentation.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
- Experienced in commercial driving, preferably in delivery or logistics roles.
