Call Center Representative - Summary- Engage with potential clients by making outbound calls to individuals who have requested insurance information.
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing a positive and informative experience to all callers.
- Transfer interested clients to Agency Insurance Specialists for advanced support.
- Receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in the role.

- Initiate 50-100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients who have shown interest in insurance products.
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone through clear, friendly communication.
- Document call outcomes and client information accurately in the agency’s system.
- Efficiently transfer interested individuals to Agency Insurance Specialists for further discussion.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-focused, goal-oriented environment.

- Base hourly pay with additional commissions for performance-based achievements.
