We are seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients who have expressed interest in insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with these individuals over the phone and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to our Agency Insurance Specialists for further assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have requested information about insurance products.
- Engage in friendly and professional conversations to understand clients’ needs and answer initial questions.
- Transfer interested prospects to Agency Insurance Specialists for comprehensive consultation and follow-up.
- Consistently meet daily call targets, making between 50-100 calls per day as part of your regular duties.
- Build rapport with potential clients, providing a positive first impression of the agency.
- Accurately document call details and maintain up-to-date records in the agency’s customer relationship management system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about the agency’s procedures, products, and customer service expectations.
- Work collaboratively with a team-oriented environment focused on achieving collective goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a talent for building rapport over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high energy throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when recording customer interactions.
- Willingness to participate in training and licensing as required by the agency.
