Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of both company and customer-owned products, ensuring conformance with all relevant specifications and quality standards.

- Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and various quality processes to support inspection activities.
- Adhere to internal controls and guidelines in compliance with ISO 17025 requirements to ensure accurate and reliable calibration results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation associated with the calibration and inspection processes, including process order documents, rework tags, and nonconforming material reports.
- Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures to perform all tasks under the direct supervision of quality management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a continuous improvement environment to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the quality assurance department.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required for all candidates.
- Minimum of two (2) years of inspection experience in a calibration environment is mandatory.
- Quality Certification such as ASQ-CCT (Certified Calibration Technician) is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with standard mechanical and electrical measuring instruments, functional gauges, and quality processes.
