Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or similar food and beverage environment.
- Demonstrated passion for coffee, specialty drinks, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
