Key Responsibilities- Oversee Cafe Operations: Lead all aspects of daily cafe functions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. This includes opening and closing duties, product quality assurance, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a diverse team of cafe staff. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and a shared passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Customer Experience: Prioritize guest satisfaction by creating a memorable and inviting environment. Engage with customers, address concerns promptly, and cultivate a loyal customer base through excellent service and attention to detail.

- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or similar food and beverage environment.
- Demonstrated passion for coffee, specialty drinks, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
