CAD Project Manager - Summary- Lead the design and management of residential and commercial construction projects from initial concept through permit-ready documentation.
- Oversee all aspects of project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Maintain and refine CAD files and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Support the growth and improvement of company systems and processes as an integral member of the team.
- Direct and manage all phases of design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with engineers, drafters, and administrative professionals to coordinate project requirements and deliverables.
- Research materials, codes, and regulations to guarantee compliance for each project.
- Create, maintain, and refine CAD files, technical drawings, and standard details for ongoing use in design and construction.
- Independently develop and improve project details to optimize design efficiency.
