Business Systems Analyst - Summary- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on service management and ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable, functional solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Facilitate requirements sessions, develop user stories, and collaborate on continuous process improvements.
- Participate in agile project delivery, backlog management, and change management activities.
- Support implementation, testing, and provide post-go-live support for ServiceNow projects.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to enhance service delivery processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ITSM initiatives and ServiceNow projects.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
- Support agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project governance.
- Assist with ServiceNow module implementation, configuration, and testing.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in highly regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, BCM, SecOps, SPM, HRSD, or Automation.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management processes.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile methodologies, including backlog management and governance.
- A results-driven professional with a proven track record in business analysis and IT service management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow projects and implementing ITSM solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly regulated industries.
