Business Systems Analyst - Summary
- Serve as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams in the Home Health and Hospice sectors.
- Leverage expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and HCHB Analytics to support, troubleshoot, and enhance business systems.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for technology initiatives.

- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a bridge between operations and IT, ensuring seamless communication and understanding between both teams.
- Engage in long-term projects, adapting to varying priorities based on project readiness and organizational needs.
- Provide clear written and verbal communication to document solutions and share updates with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and HCHB Analytics in the Home Health or Hospice sector.
- Proven ability to support HCHB platforms in a help desk or troubleshooting environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting and communicating business requirements and technical solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate effective solutions.
