Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Tableau to track performance and KPIs.
- Develop and implement analytical models for demand forecasting, sales performance, trend analysis, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT to optimize processes, automate reporting, and manage CRM/ERP system enhancements.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards and audit data integrity across integrated platforms.
- Maintain clean master data processes to ensure high-quality, reliable information.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), deliver user training workshops, and drive adoption of analytics tools across non-technical teams.
- Lead cross-functional analytics and digital transformation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and testing.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a closely related technical field.
- Significant experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a strong background in manufacturing; chemical industry experience is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau for dashboard and data visualization; Power BI experience is advantageous.
- Expert-level SQL skills for querying, data modeling, and dataset preparation.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP, and high proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts to executive stakeholders.
