- Significant experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a strong background in manufacturing; chemical industry experience is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau for dashboard and data visualization; Power BI experience is advantageous.
- Expert-level SQL skills for querying, data modeling, and dataset preparation.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP, and high proficiency in Excel.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT).
