We are currently seeking a Business Director to play a critical leadership role in driving Decypher's strategic growth and operational excellence. As Business Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing business strategies, fostering a collaborative culture, and building strong relationships across all levels of the company. This role is pivotal for ensuring that our business objectives are aligned with our overall strategy, and for maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.
In addition to strategic oversight, the Business Director will be responsible for leading multifunctional teams, managing operations support functions, and ensuring that our performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. You will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, including customers, partners, executives, and employees, and will champion the maintenance of our quality management programs and certifications. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve ambitious business goals, while also ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technical field, medical administration, or related area
- Demonstrated experience in a senior management role, leading large teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for business analytics (including pivot tables)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex data for informed decision-making
- Excellent public speaking and professional writing skills
- Experience managing federal contracts is preferred
