- Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
- Minimum of one year experience with Building Automation Controls Systems (e.g., Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, Space Logic, I/A, Andover Continuum, Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4).
- At least two years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems.
- Solid understanding of construction or HVAC industry practices.
- Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with industry protocols such as LON and BACnet.
- Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, and building automation systems.
- Proven ability to integrate low-voltage building sub-systems.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
