BMC Helix Developer - Summary- Serve as the technical lead in migrating enterprise ITSM systems from BMC Remedy to BMC Helix.
- Contribute to system reliability and performance improvements through solution design and optimization.

- This is a full-time contract position with the potential for extension or conversion.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute the migration from BMC Remedy to BMC Helix.
- Design, implement, and optimize system solutions for increased performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise IT environments.
- Interpret performance data and develop recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Utilize SQL and Linux expertise in day-to-day system administration and automation tasks.
- Develop and maintain bash shell scripts for effective migration and automation support.
- Document migration processes, technical changes, and solution optimizations.
- Ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations throughout migration.

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience as a BMC Helix Developer or in a similar ITSM development role.
- Proven expertise in BMC Helix and BMC Remedy platforms, with a strong track record of successful migrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of IP networking and enterprise network architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with bash shell scripting, particularly for migration and automation tasks.
- Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge of BMC Helix and related ITSM tools.
- Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and adapts to evolving project requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
