As a Bilingual Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about insurance products and services. You will initiate outbound calls, introduce our agency, and transfer qualified leads to our licensed insurance professionals. Your ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, build rapport quickly, and maintain high energy throughout the day will contribute to your success in this role.

- Full-time position in a professional insurance agency environment
- Responsible for outbound telemarketing to potential clients who have requested insurance information
- Facilitate initial client engagement and transfer leads to Agency Insurance Specialists
- Comprehensive training provided; no prior insurance experience required
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients who have expressed interest in insurance products
- Engage in friendly, professional phone conversations to build rapport and trust with potential clients
- Clearly communicate the agency’s value proposition and service offerings in both English and Spanish
- Identify client needs and transfer qualified prospects to licensed Agency Insurance Specialists
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support agency goals by contributing positively to the team environment
