Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about products and services to clients, addressing questions and concerns in both English and Spanish.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and handle outbound calls as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns by offering effective solutions within designated time frames and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file important documents accurately.
- Support the front office team by performing various administrative duties, including scheduling, document management, and general office organization.
- Assist clients and visitors by providing a welcoming and professional front office presence.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this Bilingual Receptionist role.
- Willingness to obtain the Customer Service FL 4-40 license as part of employment requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond empathetically to client needs.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic office setting.
