Bilingual Insurance Agent Job OverviewWe are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Agent (Spanish) to join our independent insurance agency as a full-time team member. As a Bilingual Insurance Agent, you will play an essential role in supporting and growing our customer base by providing excellent service and solutions to clients seeking auto, home, recreational, and business insurance. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, and are fluent in both English and Spanish to best assist our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize a customer-focused and needs-based approach to educate clients on available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Conduct periodic reviews of clients’ insurance portfolios to identify opportunities for enhanced coverage or cost savings.
- Follow up with customers as needed to address questions, process changes, and provide policy updates.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, maintaining a commitment to personal and team success on a daily basis.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to policy documentation, claims processing, and client record maintenance.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain insurance products and services.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple client accounts and tasks.

- Previous experience in insurance or a customer service role is preferred but not required.
