- Conducts outbound calls in both English and Vietnamese to individuals who have requested information
- Focuses on building rapport, providing information, and transferring clients efficiently
- Works within a client-centric, team-oriented insurance agency environment
- Initiate 50-100 outbound calls per day to potential clients
- Engage in conversations to understand client needs and build trust
- Transfer qualified leads to Agency Insurance Specialists
- Document all client interactions accurately in the agency’s system
- Participate in training and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
