Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads through various channels, schedule client appointments, and identify customer needs while marketing appropriate life insurance products and services.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim processes, and billing details.
- Work collaboratively with agency team members to meet individual and agency sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current FL 2-15 Resident Health & Life license is preferred prior to start date.
- Ability to obtain FL 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 insurance license (reimbursement available after 30 days of employment).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in insurance sales, particularly in Property & Casualty or Life/Health lines, is highly preferred.
- Proven sales background, such as inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is beneficial.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is desirable.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Proficiency in multitasking and effectively relating to customers.
