State Farm Insurance Agent located in Orange, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented, Bilingual (Spanish/English) Life Insurance professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Alex Mora - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including health and life insurance.
Only candidates that meet the following criteria will be considered for this position:
1. Mut have an active property and casualty insurance license.
2. Must be fluent in Spanish and English,
3. Must be willing to commute to our Orange, CA office location.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

- Base Salary plus commission/bonus

Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Must be licensed in P&C minimum
- Life & Health insurance license (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
