We are seeking a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (Property & Casualty, Life and Health) to join our team in Flushing, NY. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, policy changes, coverage details, billing, claim submissions, and transfers.
- Educate clients using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help them understand available insurance products and services.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and deliver detailed, accurate, and timely service in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve agency goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in ongoing continuing education as required.
- Provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to the agent, supporting transparent communication and agency operations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required to effectively support our diverse client base.
- Active Property & Casualty license is required; Life and Health license is also necessary.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a people-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.
- Competency with computer functions relevant to insurance operations and client management.
- Commitment to staying current on all product, licensing, and technical updates as well as fulfilling continuing education requirements.
