Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required.
We seek a licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:
1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Orange, CA. This is an in-office position.
3. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

- Base Salary plus commission/bonus
- Group health plan. $300 monthly allowance.

Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Must be licensed in P&C minimum
- Life & Health insurance license (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
