Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across all client interactions, including responding to inquiries about insurance product availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues.
- Consistently provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to the agent, ensuring transparency and accountability in daily operations.
- Remain current with product changes, advancements in insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and ongoing professional development through continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- Life and Health insurance license.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Prior experience working with State Farm products and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Competency in using computer applications and learning new technologies relevant to insurance operations.
